One of the things we’ve seen with Muscadet (“muss-kuh-day”) is we have to overcome consumers’ association with Muscat – that sweet, sweet wine, letting folks know immediately: Muscadet is bone-dry.<\/p>\n

La Berriere Muscadet<\/strong>\u00a0is produced from vines up to 60 years old in rocky soil,\u00a0giving\u00a0it pleasing minerality. Low yields produce the high-quality grapes. After fermentation, the wine remains on their fine lees at least 6 months with a batonnage every two weeks.<\/p>\n
